The facility is great. Communication with a coach that runs the lessons wasn't so great. Hopefully we will be able to get things straightened out and my youngest will be able to play.

Wow, was really looking forward to an adult summer program here. Signed up, paid $80 and then was told I could have a refund or sign up with a pro for lessons. Have called multiple times - left messages and no one calls back - it's been 2 months now. Well I just changed my review from one star to 4 bc I did get a very nice call back from Carl Davis. He apologized and explained the issue with the delay. Also is giving me more for my $ in tennis lessons.

Very disappointed 😞. Signed my daughter up for tennis camp this summer, we show up with plenty of time to spare, no one ever showed up. Called match point to see what’s going on and they don’t even know what’s going on. Haven’t heard back from them it’s been almost 30 min n we’re still sitting here for further info. Very disappointed my daughter was so excited to start tennis.

Nice place, convenient location as I live in the Mansards. I just wish the hours of operation were better during the summer. I work Monday - Friday in Downtown Chicago and the hours of operation don't work for me so I have to join a different gym. I'd be wasting my money because I would only be able to go maybe twice a week.

Been a member for many years. I think they are the largest indoor tennis club in area. Fitness room is also nice but they need to update cardo machines.
